What do I Eat on a Budget ??!

When I am a bit tight on money my typical process at the supermarket involves

Step 1) Deciding on which two protein sources I feel like for the week

Step 2) Deciding on which flavour/seasoning/creation I feel like

** Sometimes this comes before the protein selections

Step 3) Grab veggies that go with it (fresh, tinned or frozen depends what it is)

Step 4) Grab some carbs sources

That's it! So this weeks list for example

- Beef stir fry strips

- Beef mince

- Beef and black bean sauce

- Taco seasoning

- Salad mix

- Coleslaw mix

- Tinned corn

- Cucumber

- 2 Tomatoes

- Tinned chickpeas

- Tinned crushed tomatoes

- Eggs

- Loaf of bread

- 2 Microwave bags of rice

- Bananas

- 1 Malteser Bunny :)
